How can we find the RPM for an IDE drive. I tried to find /proc/ide/ but could not find any details.
Also the hdparm command wasn't much useful.
Any help..?

Hi Vivek,

How can we find the RPM for an IDE drive. I tried to find /proc/ide/ but could not find any details.

Also the hdparm command wasn’t much useful.

Any help..?
