Linux Gnome: Networkmanger Connects To Wrong Default Wireless Access Point
Q. I'm using Ubuntu Linux and my Gnome network manger always connects to wrong default WAP / AP after login ( boot ). How do I fix this problem?
A. To fix this problem go to ~/.gconf/system/networking/wireless/networks directory and remove SSID directory. If your SSID is set to nixcraft, remove following directory:
rm -rf ~/.gconf/system/networking/wireless/networks/nixcraft
Restart Gnome or restart system to test new changes.
