If you send a Linux/UNIX support question I won't respond. I cannot handle Linux/UNIX support in my email so it is a good idea to ask your question on the excellent nixCraft support forums. I receive lots of email so if I do not respond promptly please be patient. If I am unresponsive, I may be on a business trip.
