Final Version of Firefox 2 will be released Oct. 24

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 is out and its largest competitor will be also planned to release on Oct. 24.

According to Mozilla Vice President of Products Christopher Beard, Firefox 2.0, which should be available on Tuesday if all goes according to schedule, includes key new usability features missing in the new IE 7.

It is believed that Firefox currently has 70 million to 80 million users world-wild. Hers is graph of this site:
