I'm getting lots of email with the following questions from both recruiters and IT professionals:
[1] I'm looking for UNIX / IT tech professional - do you know of anyone? Sometime, they are interested in recruiting me. They also want me the pass the word on to other admin I know.
[2] IT professional send me their resume and want me to hook up with recruiters.
I don't have time to connect both recruiters and qualified professionals. Also, I had no infrastructure for taking money, supporting recruiters and putting the listings online. I used to pass request directly to many friends who are qualified. However, asking or giving out email address (hey I don't wanna look like a spammer) takes its own time; so I've stopped doing a free service.
