My CentOS Apache 2 (httpd) webserver will not start. It was working fine, but I made few changes to httpd.conf and it is not restarting. What are some things to check in order to solve my Apache server restart issues?

Question:I’m using Apache 2 to host multiple site on a single host using Apache name based VirtualHost feature. However, Apache is displaying lots of warning as follows:

Q. I’m running Apache 2 server under FreeBSD jail. However, I see lots of warning / error messages in /var/log/httpd-error.log as follows:

Q. I’ve installed Apache2 and mod_security21 under FreeBSD. Whenever I try to restart apach22 process I get following error:

Cannot load /usr/local/libexec/apache22/mod_security2.so into server: /usr/local/libexec/apache22/mod_security2.so

How do I fix this problem?
