The systemctl command act as to control the systemd system and service manager for Apache 2 server:

Start Apache 2

sudo systemctl start apache2.service

Stop Apache 2

sudo systemctl stop apache2.service

Restart Apache 2

sudo systemctl restart apache2.service

sudo systemctl status apache2.service
