You can capture a web page or url using Linux command line shell. All you have to do is install shutter app and run the following command at the bash shell to capture a web page:
$ shutter --web=url
$ shutter --web=url -e
$ shutter --web=https://www.cyberciti.biz/ -e

Captured file will be saved in $HOME/Pictures/ folder:
$ ls -l ~/Pictures/
You can specify a filename to save the screenshot to with the -o filename.png option:
$ shutter --web=https://www.cyberciti.biz/ -e -o /tmp/www.cyberciti.biz.png
You can save to any popular image format such as jpeg, png, gif, bmp and so on.
